Sophie trained for three years at The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), graduating in 1997. Since that time she has worked extensively both as an actress and a singer in theatre, film and television - appearing at, amongst many other venues, London's West End and The Royal National Theatre.

Sophie's influences include some of the greats from the world of jazz, blues and folk - ranging from Judy Garland to Billie Holiday to Joni Mitchell and many others in between. She has sung at some of the country's finest jazz venues, including London's Pigalle Club and The 100 Club.

Sophie is thrilled to be joining Blue Harlem - a band she has enjoyed dancing to for years!
