About Robbie...

Robbie got hooked on the sounds of boogie woogie piano at an early age. From the humble beginnings of the working men's club and pub circuit, Robbie has established himself as one of Britain's most exciting boogie woogie pianists and vocalists.

In 2003, Robbie joined up and coming pop band Slinki Malinki managed by Elton John's producer Gus Dudgeon. This got Robbie a foot in the door in the world of session playing. Since then, Robbie has had the opportunity to work alongside such acclaimed artists as Brian May, Ronnie Wood, David Gilmore, the Drifters and childhood heroes Chas and Dave (!).

Citing amongst his musical influences Dr John, Jools Holland, Ben Folds and Ray Charles, Robbies dynamic stage performances-either as a solo artist or fronting his 5-9 piece showband- regularly whip audiences into a raging frenzy.

Robbie has recently been working aboard the Grand Princess in the Mediterranean (topping up his tan and occasionally playing a bit of piano) and is currently back in his hometown of London, England working on a new album of original compositions.
