LEO TARRING

Leo was born in Windsor, Berkshire in 1979 but spent his formative years growing up by the sea in Cornwall. Although classically trained on piano from the age of 7, Leo’s early rock, pop, and jazz influences have played a vital part in shaping the artist that he is today. Leo’s relaxed stage presence and easy vocal manner are reminiscent of the golden era of jazz in which Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald were at the peak of their careers. Furthermore, Leo enjoys demonstrating his versatility by performing the classic songs of a wide range of artists such as Elton John, Queen and The Carpenters, as well as today’s contemporary chart hits.

Leo has been a professional piano vocalist since 1999 after returning to his roots in Windsor. He has been the resident singer at a number of London Hotels, a role which he is currently enjoying at the Runnymede Hotel, Egham. Leo has also performed at a wide variety of venues including most notably, the London Palladium. Leo is also no stranger to the recording studio, where he is currently producing his second self penned album.
