About Lorna...

Lorna Marshall is a magnificent live-entertainer with a voice and persona larger than any stage. Her voice is a cross-over between Aretha Franklin, Sarah Vaughan and Tina Turner. Her unique performance succeeds in getting the audience involved and amazed by her every time she picks up the microphone.

Lorna's talents have been recognised and supported by a range of big-name stars. She was invited to perform across Europe and also Dubai, where she sang a duet with rock-legend Rod Stewart at a polo party for one of his friends. She also performed together with Miss Diana Ross for LWT's "An evening with Diana Ross" and once even found herself called on to sing with Chaka Khan. She has worked on studio recordings where she co-wrote and sang several songs with bands D.O.P. and Massive Attack's producer as well as numerous solo tracks. Lorna has performed for such clients as UIP Films (Love, Honour, and Obey) and Film Four (Gangster No.1) at their film premieres and at 3DDTV's anniversary party.

She has recently completed a very successful run as Rafiki in The Lion King at Disneyland Paris, and is now fully ready to resume corporate/cruise and other jazz work.

Lorna's style can be laid back or up-beat and funky depending on what the client and the event require. She also does duo piano/vocal sets.
