Kevin studied harp in London and Melbourne under the direction of Hugh Jones, at the time, principle harpist with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. Kevin commenced work with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra at the age of 18 as associate principle harp. Kevin has also performed with the Queensland Theatre Orchestra as principle harpist and on tour in Australia with the Bolshoi Ballet, including performances in the Sydney Opera House. Kevin graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Victorian College of the Arts, the University, a Diploma of Arts from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University Brisbane Australia and then completed his music studies with David Watkins at the Guildhall school of Music, London. Kevin also graduated with GDL, Graduate Diploma of Law from the University of Westminster, London. Kevin now leads a busy life as a freelance harpist, performing with a variety of orchestras.

Kevin plays extensively for all manners of events including corporate cocktail parties, award ceremonies, private parties, cruises and weddings. He has performed throughout the world in over 70 countries including in the presence of Commonwealth dignitaries Heads of States including the British Royal Family. Kevin plays regularly at all London's top venues including The Dorchester Hotel, Claridges, 45 Park Lane, Cowarth Park, The Hotel Intercontinental Westminster, The Westbury Hotel, The Lanes borough Hotel, Hotel Crillon, The Sheraton Park Lane, Rosewood Hotel London and Chateau Versailles.

The repertoire available for the harp, either in the form of the original music or arrangements is extensive, covering music for a wide variety of tastes. This includes classical, folk, jazz, and show tunes as well as popular music from fifties to the present day. Kevin Lee has been referred to as an iTunes top 200 harpist as he keeps up to date with the latest songs and plays them on the harp in his own unique style.

Kevin Lee is a professional musician who is able to offer professional services in the capacity of harpist and pianist in order to enhance many a fine dining situation or corporate event. Kevin has been a professional harpist for over 20 years, has had the honour of attending over 1,000 weddings in the capacity of harpist. What makes Kevin specialised is that he listens to exactly what the client wants and then goes out of his way to supply the exact needs of the client down to the last detail in order to harp make each event a success. Kevin cannot not take all the credit for creating the ultimate dining event as there are other team members which cannot go without mention, which Kevin is able to coordinate with, as there is a lot more than just music which may go into a successful event, a whole team in many instances. Kevin works together with the great people behind the scenes such as event organisers, designers, and floor manager and hospitality teams to make sure that he fits in perfectly to each event.
