Jon Spanyol is a classically trained multi-instrumentalist, specialising in Piano and Trombone. At 15, he was awarded the Sheila Mossman Prize for attaining the highest mark in the country in Grade 8 Piano. Three years later, he was awarded a scholarship to study at the Royal College of Music.
Since graduating in 2006, Jon has gone on to perform for hundreds of events across the UK and Europe, including the MOBO awards in Glasgow, Glastonbury Festival and BBC Sports Personality of the Year. He has also worked as Music Transcriber for SingStar on the Playstation and as a Composer and Producer of his own original material and for other artists.
As a cocktail pianist, Jon has a vast and ever-expanding repertoire of thousands of tunes encompassing jazz, pop and easy listening.
