About Joey...
Performing for the last 30 years throughout the British Isles and Abroad, Joey has to be one of the most enduring and versatile comedians of our time. His talents are displayed in a full, lively one-hour show. His act, containing comedy sketches, musical routines, impressions and much more, leave audiences gasping for breath. Indeed if "laughter makes the world go round" then Joey Howard claims responsibility for his part.
Joey started his show-biz career in the early 70's playing drums in a seven-piece show-band. It wasn't too long before he ventured front-stage, testing his comedy antics on delighted audiences. It soon became clear that his skill was in 'the art of laughter', ...off he went to learn his craft...
Beginning in Yorkshire club-land, and "like a lamb to the slaughter", he trod the well-worn boards of many before him. His confidence grew along with his status, he then became "the Gladiator in the den of lions"... yes Joey Howard most certainly served his apprenticeship and mastered his craft.
Currently Joey is enjoying working for several Corporate functions, also the British holiday market including Warner's Holidays, and working abroad for leading cruise companies.
