Jason has been working as a freelance pianist, musical director and lecturer in jazz piano for over 15 years. Now based in Leeds, he has undertaken several world-wide tours and continues to perform, direct & compose music for television and theatre, as well as frequent studio recording sessions.

Jason has been working as a freelance pianist, musical director and lecturer in jazz piano for over 15 years. Now based in Leeds, he has undertaken several world-wide tours and continues to perform, direct & compose music for television and theatre, as well as frequent studio recording sessions.
He has arranged and performed music for various YTV productions including Emmerdale, Heartbeat, At Home With The Braithwaites, Last Orders, and Channel 4's - The Big Breakfast. Jason was regular pianist with the Festival Orchestra working with Sing Live playing venues such as Newcastle City Hall and Birmingham Symphony Hall.
He has also worked with the actor Patrick Stewart at the Play House theatre in Leeds, and recently played with the Memphis Belle Orchestra on the QE2.
