About Carabana Steel Band...
Carabana Steel Band is one of the best known steel bands in the UK and is great at recreating the atmosphere and sounds of the Caribbean through their music. Their repertoire covers all of the styles of music which you would associate with the Caribbean: Calypsos, Caribbean 'Island songs', Latin, Reggae etc. The band is led by Eugene de Vlugt who started his professional music career in Trinidad & Tobago where he found chart success.
