THE WALKING MIRACLES
By the very nature of their work, they have lived in many different environments in many different parts of the world and know what is expected of them in terms of dress and conduct. Be it on a cruise ship, in a 5-star hotel, or in a family pub. The duo do not work from predetermined lists of songs, but instead mould each set to suit those present at the time by selecting songs as they go. This enables them to respond to changes in the audiences and play requests as they come up to them. It avoids the boredom of sets that you can "..set your clock by" keeping their performances alive and diverse. There are no long gaps between the songs, so whilst the continuity is never broken the style and mood of the music can be altered at any time. Linda's vocal talents and Eddie's musical and technological expertise combine to create a full and natural sound that can be as subtle and ambient or loud and strong as the situation demands or as is required by the clientele. They have excellent equipment and ensure that it is well maintained and up-dated so as to avoid the inconvenience caused by breakdowns and malfunctions. Their amplifier/speaker system is a modern, compact, light-weight but full range system. So while it isn't a huge eye-sore, it gives the audience the benefit of top-quality sound. They are conscious of the expense incurred in air freight bills and have chosen the best quality-to-weight equipment throughout. Never out of place on a large stage (Linda is a former professional dancer), their compact stage equipment can fit into some of the "cosiest' of nooks!! Whilst they have a very wide range of material, they constantly work to up-date their repertoire with new songs as tastes change, new hits arrive and favourite requests demand. ALL OF THEIR MUSIC IS PROGRAMMED, PLAYED LIVE AND SUNG BY EDDIE & LINDA. As this extremely versatile and professional duo is, very much in demand, we recommend early enquiries.
