COOL MOODS

Stevie Hughes has been performing as a saxophonist for around 20 years and consequently has vast experience in this field. He has appeared at Ronnie Scott’s Club, Pizza Express (Dean Street and On The Park), Kensington Roof Gardens, Pinewood Studios, Claridges, The Dorchester, Savoy and Strand Palace hotels in London, the Sukhotai, Regency Hyatt and Oriental hotels in Bangkok and larger venues such as the Royal Festival Hall and the Royal Albert Hall.

His latest project, Cool Moods is a 2 to 5 piece classic cocktail/dinner ensemble, performing sweet and sophisticated ‘dinner’ jazz standards, bossa novas and mellow soul songs. Featuring Stevie on saxophone with a backing ensemble of top professional musicians, Cool Moods lends an air of class and sophistication to any reception or dinner event (Stevie also doubles on flute and clarinet; useful if a limited music sound level is a consideration). This group can also get lively and upfront if required.

Presented in tuxedo, all black, or upscale casual attire.
